Research Statement
I use choreography as a way of investigating how attention, memory, weight and relation are organised through the body.
My practice moves between Latin dance, contemporary dance, improvisation, teaching and project-based research. Across these contexts, I am interested in how movement experiences are transmitted, remembered, repeated and reorganised over time.

Biography
I use movement as a way to understand how we exist within space.
My work moves between physical practice, visual observation, teaching, and choreography.
I am interested in how posture, coordination, breathing, weight transfer, and attention shape the way people inhabit their bodies.
This archive is less a record of completed work than a place where experiences, questions, and practices remain active.
Based in London, working between studios, classrooms, and everyday environments.
Current research
Revisiting Movement is an ongoing practice-based investigation into what remains in the body after movement ends.
