The room remembers before the body does.
Every lesson begins long before anyone arrives.
The mirrors have not changed.
The floor has not changed.
The light has not changed.
What changes is the body that enters the room.
Teaching is rarely about adding movement.
It is more often about helping the body reorganise what it already knows.
